Being bullied or bullying someone else is not very nice. Dudley has lots of good ideas about things you can do if you are being bullied and he will even help you out if you are bullying someone else.

Are you bullying someone else?
Talk to a friend, a parent or teacher.
Bullies only win when you are upset, so pretend not to notice what they are doing or just say ‘NO’ and Walk away.
Look around for other friends who might help you.
Get involved in clubs or activities at school where you will be safe.
Call Childline

Teach and tell others
Owning up to bullying someone else would be a very brave and kind thing to do. There might be a reason why you are doing it, so it might be a good idea to talk to your mum or dad or a teacher. You could call childline, you could even send a letter to Dudley.
It is good to say sorry.
