A FUN thing you can do, is to write a letter to Dudley or draw him a picture. Then you could post it in your 'Dudley Worry Box'.

If we do not do anything about our worries and secrets, things will usually get worse!
Write things down
Make a list of all the things you are worried about.
Sometimes, writing things down can make you feel better. This is because you have made a start.
It will now be easier to talk about your worries and secrets with someone you trust.
We all have Worries & Secrets,
but not all of them make us sad. If they do, it is a good idea to talk to someone about them.
Talk to your Mum or Dad or Teacher, or someone you trust.
Where do we start!
Start by thinking about some of the things which are making you sad?
Start with the most important one:
The one which is worrying you the most.
Talk to someone
The best people to talk to are your mum or dad or a teacher or someone you trust.

They will try their best to sort things out for you straight away,

They can put you in touch with the people who can put things right,

If it is something to do with the environment, they might help you form an action group,
They will help you as much as they can - you just need to ask!
Decide what to do
Every problem will be different.
The inhabitants of Planet Earth
have too many worries and secrets.
A brand-new super-hero
‘Dudley Keeper of Secrets’
has arrived on Planet Earth
to help the children sort things out.
One FUN thing you can do if you are worried about something, is to write a letter to Dudley or draw him a picture, then you can give it to your mum or dad, or a teacher or even post it in your Dudley Worry Box.
Dudley reads all the secrets he receives, and he never tells them to anyone who shouldn't know about them.
He will always try his best to make everyone feel happy in the end.
Take action
There will always be someone out there who can help, you just need to find them. Now you have written things down it will be easier to explain what you think has gone wrong. Think about all the things you will need to do to put things right.
